Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided lists.
- Explain products and services clearly and answer customer queries.
- Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads and customers to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes in the system.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and escalate when needed.
- Achieve daily call and conversion targets.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve scripts and campaigns.
What we're looking for
