Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and follow up on enquiries and reminders• Handle inbound calls and answer basic questions about our aviation programs
• Explain courses, eligibility, and next steps clearly and accurately
• Qualify interested candidates and schedule them with counsellors
• Maintain detailed call records and update the tracker after every call
• Meet daily call, follow-up, and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the admissions team on interested and hot leads
• Share common questions and feedback to help improve the pitch
• Keep a polite, professional, and patient tone on every call
What we're looking for
• Freshers welcome; 0-1 year of experience• Clear and confident spoken Hindi and English
• Polite, patient, and confident phone manner
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools
• Willing to work on-site in Delhi on a contract basis
• A positive, target-oriented attitude and good listening skills
• Good to have: any prior tele-calling, sales, or customer-facing exposure
