We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our team, working on a hybrid basis from our London office and from home. In this role you will be a key member of our Marketing function, contributing directly to our goals and working closely with talented colleagues across the business.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. You will apply your skills in SEO, Keyword Research and Google Analytics to solve interesting problems, ship work you can be proud of and help us raise the bar for what we do. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share your ideas openly and have the support you need to do your best work and grow along the way.

You will bring around 7 to 11 years of relevant experience and strong, practical knowledge of SEO, Keyword Research and Google Analytics. Just as important are clear communication, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with people across different teams and backgrounds. Experience leading projects, mentoring others and influencing decisions will set you up for success in this role.

Within your first few months, you will get up to speed with our products, processes and people, build strong working relationships across the team, and begin taking ownership of your own work. Responsibilities

As a Senior SEO Specialist at Pulse Global, you will play a central role within our Marketing function and take ownership of a broad and varied set of responsibilities. Working alongside a collaborative, motivated team, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Mentor, coach and support more junior team members, helping them grow and do their best work.
- Represent your function in cross-functional and leadership discussions.
- Develop messaging, positioning and content that clearly communicates value to target audiences.
- Collaborate with sales to design and run effective lead-generation and nurture programmes.
- Manage budgets, vendors and agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Own and grow the company's presence across digital channels, including web, social and email.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to continuously improve conversion and engagement.
- Conduct market and customer research to inform strategy, segmentation and targeting.
- Define and report on the key marketing metrics that connect activity to business outcomes.
- Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness and demand.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to keep our marketing fresh and relevant.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, attribution and return on investment.
- Partner with creative and product teams on launches, events and go-to-market activities.
- Ensure your work meets agreed quality, compliance and security standards before it is considered complete.
- Proactively flag dependencies and coordinate with other teams to keep work moving smoothly.
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, learning from mistakes and celebrating shared wins.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, care and integrity at all times.
- Communicate progress, risks and blockers clearly and proactively to your manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and keep all relevant systems, tools and trackers up to date.
- Collaborate respectfully and effectively with colleagues across teams, functions, time zones and locations.
- Support and step in for teammates when needed to help the team meet its shared goals.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

7-11 years of professional experience in a SEO Specialist or similar role
Strong working knowledge of SEO, Keyword Research and Google Analytics
Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Master's preferred)
Excellent communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
