About the role

Naman Electricals is a Coaching & Test-prep company founded in 2013 and based in Karnal, India. As a large organisation of 501 to 1,000 employees, we combine the pace, ambition and ownership of a modern business with a genuine commitment to quality, integrity and the people who work here. Since 2013, Naman Electricals has grown from a Karnal venture into a trusted coaching & test-prep player across Tier-2 India. A commitment to quality and fair pricing has earned the company loyal repeat customers. You can learn more about us at https://www.namanelectricals.org.

We are looking for a Senior Public Relations Manager to join our team, working on a hybrid basis from our Karnal office and from home. In this role you will be a key member of our Marketing function, contributing directly to our goals and working closely with talented colleagues across the business.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. You will apply your skills in Public Relations, Media Relations and Communication to solve interesting problems, ship work you can be proud of and help us raise the bar for what we do. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share your ideas openly and have the support you need to do your best work and grow along the way.

You will bring around 7 to 11 years of relevant experience and strong, practical knowledge of Public Relations, Media Relations and Communication. Just as important are clear communication, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with people across different teams and backgrounds. Experience leading projects, mentoring others and influencing decisions will set you up for success in this role.

Within your first few months, you will get up to speed with our products, processes and people, build strong working relationships across the team, and begin taking ownership of your own work. Over time, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise, take on broader scope and grow your career with us as the company continues to scale.

In return, we offer a supportive, inclusive and collaborative environment, competitive pay, meaningful benefits and the chance to do work that genuinely matters. We care about our people, invest in their growth and want everyone here to be able to do the best work of their careers.

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. Naman Electricals is an equal-opportunity employer: we welcome applicants of all backgrounds and are committed to building a diverse team and an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. Apply today and tell us why you would be a great fit.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Public Relations Manager at Naman Electricals, you will play a central role within our Marketing function and take ownership of a broad and varied set of responsibilities. Working alongside a collaborative, motivated team, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead by example, setting a high bar for quality, collaboration and professionalism.
- Identify capability gaps and contribute to hiring and team development.
- Define and report on the key marketing metrics that connect activity to business outcomes.
- Partner with creative and product teams on launches, events and go-to-market activities.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials.
- Own and grow the company's presence across digital channels, including web, social and email.
- Conduct market and customer research to inform strategy, segmentation and targeting.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to continuously improve conversion and engagement.
- Manage budgets, vendors and agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with sales to design and run effective lead-generation and nurture programmes.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to keep our marketing fresh and relevant.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, attribution and return on investment.
- Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness and demand.
- Develop messaging, positioning and content that clearly communicates value to target audiences.
- Continuously develop your skills, seek feedback and stay current with the latest developments in your field.
- Support onboarding, knowledge-sharing and documentation so the wider team can learn, scale and succeed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, care and integrity at all times.
- Communicate progress, risks and blockers clearly and proactively to your manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing priorities and remain calm, focused and effective in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Collaborate respectfully and effectively with colleagues across teams, functions, time zones and locations.
- Take full ownership of your work, manage your own priorities and consistently deliver to a high standard and on time.
- Support and step in for teammates when needed to help the team meet its shared goals.
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and keep all relevant systems, tools and trackers up to date.
- Participate constructively in team meetings, stand-ups, planning sessions, demos and retrospectives.
- Plan and manage your workload to balance quality, speed and competing demands.
- Uphold the company's values, policies, security requirements and standards of professional conduct in all activities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and bring forward practical ideas to make our products, processes and ways of working better.
