We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Manager to join our team, working on a hybrid basis from our Guntur office and from home. In this role you will be a key member of our Marketing function, contributing directly to our goals and working closely with talented colleagues across the business.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. You will apply your skills in E-commerce, Shopify and Digital Marketing to solve interesting problems, ship work you can be proud of and help us raise the bar for what we do. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share your ideas openly and have the support you need to do your best work and grow along the way.
You will bring around 6 to 10 years of relevant experience and strong, practical knowledge of E-commerce, Shopify and Digital Marketing. Just as important are clear communication, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with people across different teams and backgrounds. Experience leading projects, mentoring others and influencing decisions will set you up for success in this role.
Within your first few months, you will get up to speed with our products, processes and people, build strong working relationships across the team, and begin taking ownership of your own work. Responsibilities
As a Senior E-commerce Manager at Pratham Textiles, you will play a central role within our Marketing function and take ownership of a broad and varied set of responsibilities. Working alongside a collaborative, motivated team, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:- Drive planning and prioritisation for your area, balancing short-term delivery with long-term goals.
- Define and improve processes, standards and ways of working across the team.
- Own and grow the company's presence across digital channels, including web, social and email.
- Define and report on the key marketing metrics that connect activity to business outcomes.
- Conduct market and customer research to inform strategy, segmentation and targeting.
- Partner with creative and product teams on launches, events and go-to-market activities.
- Develop messaging, positioning and content that clearly communicates value to target audiences.
- Manage budgets, vendors and agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with sales to design and run effective lead-generation and nurture programmes.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to keep our marketing fresh and relevant.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, attribution and return on investment.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to continuously improve conversion and engagement.
- Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness and demand.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials.
- Adapt to changing priorities and remain calm, focused and effective in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and keep all relevant systems, tools and trackers up to date.
- Collaborate respectfully and effectively with colleagues across teams, functions, time zones and locations.
