Responsibilities
- Research target markets and industries to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and online platforms.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored proposals and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations, and negotiate to close deals.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update activity in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to refine business strategy.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets.
- Confident networker with a target-driven, self-starter mindset.
- Good command of English and Hindi; professional email-writing ability.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and online research.
- Any graduate; an MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred.
