About the role

We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify growth opportunities and expand our client base. You will research markets, generate qualified leads, build relationships with prospective clients, and convert opportunities into long-term business. Working at the intersection of sales and strategy, you will play a key role in driving revenue and strengthening the company's market presence. This role suits a proactive professional who enjoys networking, has strong commercial instincts, and wants to grow into senior business roles.

Responsibilities

  • Research target markets and industries to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and online platforms.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations, and negotiate to close deals.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update activity in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to refine business strategy.

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets.
  • Confident networker with a target-driven, self-starter mindset.
  • Good command of English and Hindi; professional email-writing ability.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and online research.
  • Any graduate; an MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred.
