About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our key clients. You will own client relationships end to end — ensuring satisfaction, driving retention, and identifying opportunities to grow each account. Acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams, you will resolve issues proactively, deliver on commitments, and contribute directly to revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-management skills with commercial awareness and a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts as their primary contact.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships built on trust and value.
  • Understand client goals and align our products and services to meet them.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing to maximize retention and value.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Track account performance, prepare reports, and conduct regular review meetings.
  • Meet retention, growth, and revenue targets for assigned accounts.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or sales.
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Any graduate; an MBA is preferred.
