We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our key clients. You will own client relationships end to end — ensuring satisfaction, driving retention, and identifying opportunities to grow each account. Acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams, you will resolve issues proactively, deliver on commitments, and contribute directly to revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-management skills with commercial awareness and a consultative approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts as their primary contact.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships built on trust and value.
- Understand client goals and align our products and services to meet them.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing to maximize retention and value.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
- Resolve client issues and complaints quickly and professionally.
- Track account performance, prepare reports, and conduct regular review meetings.
- Meet retention, growth, and revenue targets for assigned accounts.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or sales.
- Proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Any graduate; an MBA is preferred.
