Responsibilities
• Edit short-form and long-form video for Instagram, YouTube, and ad platforms• Add motion graphics, transitions, lower-thirds, captions, and sound design
• Colour-correct and grade footage for a consistent, brand-aligned look
• Sync, clean, and mix audio for clear, professional sound
• Repurpose long videos into reels, shorts, and clips tailored to each platform
• Manage footage libraries, project files, versions, and export presets
• Collaborate with the content team on scripts, storyboards, and shot lists
• Incorporate feedback across review rounds and hit publishing deadlines
• Maintain organised backups and an accessible archive of final assets
What we're looking for
• 1-4 years of professional video editing experience with a showreel• Proficiency in Premiere Pro (or Final Cut) plus After Effects
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific formats
• Working knowledge of audio mixing and colour grading
• Good to have: DaVinci Resolve, basic 2D animation, and thumbnail/graphics design
• Good to have: experience shooting or directing simple shoots
