Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on enquiries and reminders• Handle inbound calls and resolve basic customer queries
• Explain products and services accurately and answer common objections
• Maintain detailed call logs and update the CRM after every call
• Meet daily and weekly call, follow-up, and conversion targets
• Schedule callbacks, demos, or meetings for the sales team
• Escalate complex issues to the right department promptly
• Share customer feedback and recurring questions with the team
• Keep a polite, professional tone even in difficult conversations
What we're looking for
• 0-2 years in tele-calling, sales, or customer support (freshers welcome)• Clear spoken Hindi and English
• Comfortable with a phone-based, target-driven routine
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools
• Patience, a positive attitude, and good listening skills
• Good to have: prior experience with outbound sales or a call centre
