We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team, working fully remotely from anywhere in the country. In this role you will be a key member of our Marketing function, contributing directly to our goals and working closely with talented colleagues across the business.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. You will apply your skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management and Budgeting to solve interesting problems, ship work you can be proud of and help us raise the bar for what we do. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share your ideas openly and have the support you need to do your best work and grow along the way.
You will bring around 7 to 11 years of relevant experience and strong, practical knowledge of Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management and Budgeting. Just as important are clear communication, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with people across different teams and backgrounds. Experience leading projects, mentoring others and influencing decisions will set you up for success in this role.
Within your first few months, you will get up to speed with our products, processes and people, build strong working relationships across the team, and begin taking ownership of your own work. Responsibilities
As a Senior Marketing Manager at Helix Global, you will play a central role within our Marketing function and take ownership of a broad and varied set of responsibilities. Working alongside a collaborative, motivated team, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:- Build alignment across stakeholders and resolve competing priorities constructively.
- Represent your function in cross-functional and leadership discussions.
- Mentor, coach and support more junior team members, helping them grow and do their best work.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to keep our marketing fresh and relevant.
- Conduct market and customer research to inform strategy, segmentation and targeting.
- Develop messaging, positioning and content that clearly communicates value to target audiences.
- Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness and demand.
- Partner with creative and product teams on launches, events and go-to-market activities.
- Define and report on the key marketing metrics that connect activity to business outcomes.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, attribution and return on investment.
- Collaborate with sales to design and run effective lead-generation and nurture programmes.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials.
- Own and grow the company's presence across digital channels, including web, social and email.
- Manage budgets, vendors and agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to continuously improve conversion and engagement.
- Collaborate respectfully and effectively with colleagues across teams, functions, time zones and locations.
- Represent the team and the company professionally in internal and external interactions.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, care and integrity at all times.
- Communicate progress, risks and blockers clearly and proactively to your manager and relevant stakeholders.
