We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Executive to join our team, working on a hybrid basis from our Munich office and from home. In this role you will be a key member of our Human Resources function, contributing directly to our goals and working closely with talented colleagues across the business.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. You will apply your skills in Recruitment, Onboarding and HR Operations to solve interesting problems, ship work you can be proud of and help us raise the bar for what we do. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share your ideas openly and have the support you need to do your best work and grow along the way.
You will bring around 7 to 11 years of relevant experience and strong, practical knowledge of Recruitment, Onboarding and HR Operations. Just as important are clear communication, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with people across different teams and backgrounds. Experience leading projects, mentoring others and influencing decisions will set you up for success in this role.
Within your first few months, you will get up to speed with our products, processes and people, build strong working relationships across the team, and begin taking ownership of your own work. Responsibilities
As a Senior Human Resources Executive at Sable Global, you will play a central role within our Human Resources function and take ownership of a broad and varied set of responsibilities. Working alongside a collaborative, motivated team, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:- Represent your function in cross-functional and leadership discussions.
- Define and improve processes, standards and ways of working across the team.
- Lead by example, setting a high bar for quality, collaboration and professionalism.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offers and onboarding.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion in everything from hiring to day-to-day practices.
- Analyse people data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Design and deliver onboarding experiences that set new joiners up for success from day one.
- Administer HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation cycles and policy updates.
- Support employee engagement, retention and relations initiatives that strengthen company culture.
- Coordinate employer-branding activities to attract and retain top talent.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR questions, concerns and grievances.
- Continuously improve HR processes, tools and documentation for efficiency and a great employee experience.
- Support learning, development and career-growth programmes across the organisation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective, inclusive hiring processes.
- Collaborate respectfully and effectively with colleagues across teams, functions, time zones and locations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, care and integrity at all times.
- Participate constructively in team meetings, stand-ups, planning sessions, demos and retrospectives.
- Represent the team and the company professionally in internal and external interactions.
- Continuously develop your skills, seek feedback and stay current with the latest developments in your field.
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and keep all relevant systems, tools and trackers up to date.
- Uphold the company's values, policies, security requirements and standards of professional conduct in all activities.
