Responsibilities
• Design and build complex, scalable features end to end• Own architecture and technology decisions for your area
• Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Drive best practices in testing, security, and performance
• Break down large problems into deliverable, well-scoped tasks
• Partner with product and design on scope, estimates, and trade-offs
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and incident post-mortems
• Improve build, deployment, and observability for the team
• Set and uphold coding standards and documentation quality
What we're looking for
• 5-9 years of software development experience• Deep expertise in one or more technology stacks
• Proven experience leading features or small teams
• Strong system design, debugging, and code-review skills
• Good understanding of databases, APIs, and scalability
• Good to have: cloud, CI/CD, and microservices experience
• Good to have: experience mentoring and onboarding engineers
