We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through direct customer engagement. In this role you will be the face of the company to prospective buyers — identifying leads, presenting our products and services, negotiating terms, and closing deals. You will work closely with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets while building lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate products or services, clearly explaining features, pricing, and benefits.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to close sales.
- Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines to finalize deals.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM system.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Gather market and competitor information and report it to the sales manager.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and product briefings.
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of sales experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, persuasive, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field for most of the day.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and comfort using a smartphone/CRM app.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Any graduate; a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
