We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Analyst to join our team, working on-site from our Munich office. In this role you will be a key member of our Finance function, contributing directly to our goals and working closely with talented colleagues across the business.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. You will apply your skills in Real Estate, Financial Modeling and Market Analysis to solve interesting problems, ship work you can be proud of and help us raise the bar for what we do. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share your ideas openly and have the support you need to do your best work and grow along the way.

You will bring around 3 to 6 years of relevant experience and strong, practical knowledge of Real Estate, Financial Modeling and Market Analysis. Just as important are clear communication, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with people across different teams and backgrounds.

Within your first few months, you will get up to speed with our products, processes and people, build strong working relationships across the team, and begin taking ownership of your own work. Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Analyst at Forge Robotics, you will play a central role within our Finance function and take ownership of a broad and varied set of responsibilities. Working alongside a collaborative, motivated team, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support audits, both internal and external, by preparing schedules and responding to queries.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve margins and strengthen financial discipline.
- Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making, scenarios and investment cases.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide clear, actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and key financial metrics and flag risks early.
- Present financial findings and recommendations clearly to non-finance audiences.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Support the budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles, and track performance against targets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls.
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including reconciliations, accruals and month-end close.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and process efficiency.
- Prepare, analyse and present accurate financial statements, reports and management information.
- Plan and manage your workload to balance quality, speed and competing demands.
- Participate constructively in team meetings, stand-ups, planning sessions, demos and retrospectives.
- Continuously develop your skills, seek feedback and stay current with the latest developments in your field.
- Bring energy, curiosity and a solutions-focused mindset to everyday challenges.

- Communicate progress, risks and blockers clearly and proactively to your manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute actively to a positive, inclusive, supportive and collaborative team culture.

What we're looking for

3-6 years of professional experience in a Real Estate Analyst or similar role
Strong working knowledge of Real Estate, Financial Modeling and Market Analysis
Bachelor's degree in Finance
Excellent communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
