Responsibilities
• Build reusable React components and complete front-end features• Manage application state with Redux, Context, or a similar approach
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs and handle async data flows
• Optimise rendering performance, re-renders, and bundle size
• Write unit and integration tests for components and hooks
• Ensure responsive, accessible, cross-browser interfaces
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-accurate UI
• Work with backend engineers to define and refine API contracts
• Review peers' code and keep component libraries documented
What we're looking for
• 2-4 years building applications with React• Strong JavaScript (ES6+), hooks, and component architecture knowledge
• Experience with state management and API integration
• Familiarity with testing (Jest/RTL) and Git workflows
• Good grasp of responsive design and performance basics
• Good to have: TypeScript, Next.js, and CI/CD experience
• Good to have: exposure to design systems and Storybook
