Python Developer

As a Python Developer, you build backend services, automation, and data-driven features. You will write clean code with Django or FastAPI, work with databases and APIs, and automate repetitive work. The role suits someone who enjoys writing readable Python and solving real problems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs with Django, FastAPI, or Flask
• Write scripts for automation, data processing, and ETL
• Design and query relational and NoSQL databases
• Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks, and services
• Write tests and maintain strong code quality and structure
• Debug, profile, and optimise application performance
• Implement authentication, validation, and security measures
• Support deployment, containerisation, and monitoring
• Document code, APIs, and data flows clearly

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years of Python development experience
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Strong SQL and API integration skills
• Familiarity with Git and containerisation (Docker)
• Good understanding of clean code and testing
• Good to have: Celery, Redis, pandas, and cloud platforms
• Good to have: exposure to data pipelines or async programming
