We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team, working on-site from our Ghaziabad office. In this role you will be a key member of our Marketing function, contributing directly to our goals and working closely with talented colleagues across the business.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. You will apply your skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management and Budgeting to solve interesting problems, ship work you can be proud of and help us raise the bar for what we do. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share your ideas openly and have the support you need to do your best work and grow along the way.

You will bring around 3 to 6 years of relevant experience and strong, practical knowledge of Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management and Budgeting. Just as important are clear communication, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with people across different teams and backgrounds.

Within your first few months, you will get up to speed with our products, processes and people, build strong working relationships across the team, and begin taking ownership of your own work. Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager at Leela Dairy, you will play a central role within our Marketing function and take ownership of a broad and varied set of responsibilities. Working alongside a collaborative, motivated team, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Build alignment across stakeholders and resolve competing priorities constructively.
- Own key projects end to end, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery.
- Define and improve processes, standards and ways of working across the team.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to keep our marketing fresh and relevant.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, attribution and return on investment.
- Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness and demand.
- Partner with creative and product teams on launches, events and go-to-market activities.
- Develop messaging, positioning and content that clearly communicates value to target audiences.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to continuously improve conversion and engagement.
- Own and grow the company's presence across digital channels, including web, social and email.
- Manage budgets, vendors and agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with sales to design and run effective lead-generation and nurture programmes.
- Define and report on the key marketing metrics that connect activity to business outcomes.
- Conduct market and customer research to inform strategy, segmentation and targeting.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate respectfully and effectively with colleagues across teams, functions, time zones and locations.
- Support onboarding, knowledge-sharing and documentation so the wider team can learn, scale and succeed.
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, learning from mistakes and celebrating shared wins.
- Take full ownership of your work, manage your own priorities and consistently deliver to a high standard and on time.
- Ensure your work meets agreed quality, compliance and security standards before it is considered complete.

- Proactively flag dependencies and coordinate with other teams to keep work moving smoothly.
- Participate constructively in team meetings, stand-ups, planning sessions, demos and retrospectives.

What we're looking for

3-6 years of professional experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role
Strong working knowledge of Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management and Budgeting
MBA / Bachelor's in Marketing
Excellent communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
