We are looking for an accomplished, senior Marketing Director to join our team, working on-site from our Paris office. In this role you will be a key member of our Marketing function, contributing directly to our goals and working closely with talented colleagues across the business.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. You will apply your skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management and Budgeting to solve interesting problems, ship work you can be proud of and help us raise the bar for what we do. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share your ideas openly and have the support you need to do your best work and grow along the way.
You will bring around 11 to 15 years of relevant experience and strong, practical knowledge of Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management and Budgeting. Just as important are clear communication, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with people across different teams and backgrounds. Experience leading projects, mentoring others and influencing decisions will set you up for success in this role.
Within your first few months, you will get up to speed with our products, processes and people, build strong working relationships across the team, and begin taking ownership of your own work. Responsibilities
As a Marketing Director at Radiant Capital, you will play a central role within our Marketing function and take ownership of a broad and varied set of responsibilities. Working alongside a collaborative, motivated team, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:- Define and improve processes, standards and ways of working across the team.
- Lead by example, setting a high bar for quality, collaboration and professionalism.
- Drive planning and prioritisation for your area, balancing short-term delivery with long-term goals.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, attribution and return on investment.
- Manage budgets, vendors and agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to keep our marketing fresh and relevant.
- Own and grow the company's presence across digital channels, including web, social and email.
- Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness and demand.
- Conduct market and customer research to inform strategy, segmentation and targeting.
- Develop messaging, positioning and content that clearly communicates value to target audiences.
- Partner with creative and product teams on launches, events and go-to-market activities.
- Define and report on the key marketing metrics that connect activity to business outcomes.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to continuously improve conversion and engagement.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials.
- Collaborate with sales to design and run effective lead-generation and nurture programmes.
- Support and step in for teammates when needed to help the team meet its shared goals.
- Participate constructively in team meetings, stand-ups, planning sessions, demos and retrospectives.
- Represent the team and the company professionally in internal and external interactions.
- Communicate progress, risks and blockers clearly and proactively to your manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively flag dependencies and coordinate with other teams to keep work moving smoothly.
- Support onboarding, knowledge-sharing and documentation so the wider team can learn, scale and succeed.
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, learning from mistakes and celebrating shared wins.
- Plan and manage your workload to balance quality, speed and competing demands.
- Ensure your work meets agreed quality, compliance and security standards before it is considered complete.
