We are looking for an enthusiastic, early-career Junior Sales Executive to join our team, working on a hybrid basis from our Muzaffarpur office and from home. In this role you will be a key member of our Sales function, contributing directly to our goals and working closely with talented colleagues across the business.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. You will apply your skills in Sales, Lead Generation and CRM to solve interesting problems, ship work you can be proud of and help us raise the bar for what we do. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share your ideas openly and have the support you need to do your best work and grow along the way.

This role is open to fresh graduates and those early in their careers (0 to 1 years of experience). We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in Sales and Lead Generation, a hunger to learn, attention to detail and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities

As a Junior Sales Executive at Hansa Movers, you will play a central role within our Sales function and take ownership of a broad and varied set of responsibilities. Working alongside a collaborative, motivated team, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and position the right solution and value proposition.
- Gather and share market and competitor intelligence and customer feedback with internal teams.
- Identify, research and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activity, opportunities and communications in the CRM.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to each prospect's context.
- Manage contract renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while protecting margins and long-term customer relationships.
- Develop and nurture strong, trusted relationships with prospects, customers and key decision-makers.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build, manage and accurately forecast a healthy sales pipeline using the company's CRM and sales tools.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events and industry conferences.
- Collaborate respectfully and effectively with colleagues across teams, functions, time zones and locations.
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, learning from mistakes and celebrating shared wins.
- Contribute actively to a positive, inclusive, supportive and collaborative team culture.
- Ensure your work meets agreed quality, compliance and security standards before it is considered complete.
- Communicate progress, risks and blockers clearly and proactively to your manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and keep all relevant systems, tools and trackers up to date.
- Proactively flag dependencies and coordinate with other teams to keep work moving smoothly.
- Take full ownership of your work, manage your own priorities and consistently deliver to a high standard and on time.
- Participate constructively in team meetings, stand-ups, planning sessions, demos and retrospectives.
- Support onboarding, knowledge-sharing and documentation so the wider team can learn, scale and succeed.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously develop your skills, seek feedback and stay current with the latest developments in your field.
- Support and step in for teammates when needed to help the team meet its shared goals.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, care and integrity at all times.
