Program Structure
Phase 1: Professional Training (4 Months)
Get trained by industry experts through live sessions, practical assignments, projects, and mentorship.

Phase 2: Assessment & Selection
After completing the training, candidates will undergo:

Phase 3: Paid Internship (2 Months)
Selected candidates will receive a paid internship opportunity with a monthly stipend ranging from ₹3,000 – ₹5,000.
During the internship, participants will work on real projects and gain practical industry experience.
Placement Assistance
Upon successful completion of the internship:
- Placement support will be provided.
- Interviews will be arranged with up to 5 companies based on your skills, performance, and chosen specialization.
- Resume building and interview guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities During the Training Program Attend all scheduled training sessions and workshops. Complete assignments, assessments, and practical exercises on time. Participate actively in discussions, projects, and team activities. Learn and apply industry-relevant tools, technologies, and best practices. Maintain discipline, professionalism, and regular attendance throughout the program. Build and maintain a professional portfolio showcasing completed work and projects. Continuously improve technical and soft skills through guided learning. During the Internship Phase (Selected Candidates) Work on real-world projects assigned by mentors and team leads. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines. Submit daily/weekly progress reports and task updates. Follow company policies, processes, and professional standards. Demonstrate problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Apply the knowledge gained during training to practical business scenarios. Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver quality work within deadlines. General Expectations Show a strong willingness to learn and adapt. Maintain professional conduct and ethical behavior. Be proactive in seeking feedback and improving performance. Participate in examinations, interviews, and evaluation processes. Commit to completing the entire training and internship journey successfully.
