Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination• Run smooth onboarding, induction, and documentation for new joiners
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data
• Support monthly payroll inputs and basic statutory compliance
• Plan and run engagement activities, celebrations, and feedback sessions
• Handle employee queries on policies, leave, and benefits with discretion
• Assist with performance review cycles and related documentation
• Coordinate exit formalities and full-and-final processes
• Help keep HR policies and the employee handbook current
What we're looking for
• 1-4 years in an HR generalist or recruitment role• Familiarity with HRMS tools, job portals, and interview coordination
• Strong organisation, follow-through, and people skills
• Discretion and reliability with confidential information
• Good understanding of basic labour compliance and payroll inputs
• Good to have: experience hiring for tech or design roles
