Responsibilities
• Counsel walk-in, phone, and online enquiries with accurate, honest guidance• Understand each person's goals, background, and constraints before recommending options
• Follow up on leads consistently and maintain a healthy conversion pipeline
• Keep detailed, up-to-date records of every interaction and outcome
• Handle objections and concerns calmly and build long-term trust
• Coordinate with internal teams on enrolment, onboarding, or admissions
• Meet weekly and monthly counselling and conversion targets
• Share common questions and feedback to improve materials and process
• Stay current on our offerings, pricing, and any updates
What we're looking for
• 1-4 years in counselling, admissions, or advisory roles• Excellent listening and spoken communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine people-first approach
• Comfortable with CRM tools and disciplined follow-up
• Ability to explain options clearly without over-promising
• Good to have: experience in education, healthcare, or a similar advisory field
