We are looking for an enthusiastic, early-career Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, working on a hybrid basis from our Dublin office and from home. In this role you will be a key member of our Human Resources function, contributing directly to our goals and working closely with talented colleagues across the business.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. You will apply your skills in Recruiting, Sourcing and Interviewing to solve interesting problems, ship work you can be proud of and help us raise the bar for what we do. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share your ideas openly and have the support you need to do your best work and grow along the way.

This role is open to fresh graduates and those early in their careers (0 to 1 years of experience). We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in Recruiting and Sourcing, a hunger to learn, attention to detail and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Above all, we value curiosity, ownership and a positive attitude.

Within your first few months, you will get up to speed with our products, processes and people, build strong working relationships across the team, and begin taking ownership of your own work. Responsibilities

As a Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist at Apex Ventures, you will play a central role within our Human Resources function and take ownership of a broad and varied set of responsibilities. Working alongside a collaborative, motivated team, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support learning, development and career-growth programmes across the organisation.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion in everything from hiring to day-to-day practices.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offers and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective, inclusive hiring processes.
- Administer HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation cycles and policy updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
- Analyse people data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Design and deliver onboarding experiences that set new joiners up for success from day one.
- Coordinate employer-branding activities to attract and retain top talent.
- Continuously improve HR processes, tools and documentation for efficiency and a great employee experience.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR questions, concerns and grievances.
- Support employee engagement, retention and relations initiatives that strengthen company culture.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and bring forward practical ideas to make our products, processes and ways of working better.
- Proactively flag dependencies and coordinate with other teams to keep work moving smoothly.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing priorities and remain calm, focused and effective in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Communicate progress, risks and blockers clearly and proactively to your manager and relevant stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and keep all relevant systems, tools and trackers up to date.
- Participate constructively in team meetings, stand-ups, planning sessions, demos and retrospectives.
- Bring energy, curiosity and a solutions-focused mindset to everyday challenges.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, care and integrity at all times.
- Support and step in for teammates when needed to help the team meet its shared goals.
